I had purchased HTC P3300 mobile phone in Bangalore on 01st Oct. However, this year, I have had series of issues with the mobile. The last one was major, where I wasn’t able to switch on my cell phone. It had happened after I had put my phone to charge.
I hail from Bangalore, Karnataka. On 23rd Sep I had handed over my HTC phone to the HTC service center. The person attending me is Jayesh (Sorry I don’t have his full name). It was told to me that they will get back to me on what was wrong with my cell phone. I received no call from Jayesh with regards to my problem in my cell phone. Instead I had to make a call to him and end my query. It was said my phone’s main board had a problem and had to be replace. However, this is where the problem started. I have made continues calls to HTC service center (I don’t even remember the count) to know when would I have my phone back, everything I get a excuse and a delay. The promises / commitment made by the person have not come true. Last I can say, I am fed up with HTC (which once upon a time I used to admire). I would never ever recommend any of my family, friends, colleagues or strangers to go with HTC, not because it not good. But there is no proper service given. I have been an HTC customer since DOPOD days.
I sincerely apologies if my mails comes cross as hard but I hope you now know what I am feeling. My phone number is switched off for 2 weeks now. I hate to attend my calls of (on) my land line. All, I request now is please get my phone repaired and back to me at the earliest.
