Faulty handset

Dear sir

I buyed HTC LEGEND on dt: 11-05-10.

I got touch and hanging problem in 15 days I go to customer care then they solve my problem in 2 days. After 1 month I get same problem then I go to coustomer care then they takethe handset and return me in 7 days

Then I get save problem I m 15 days then they.change lcd and touch window

Then I get same problem on 19-08-10 thethey deposit me handset and they have me Bach on.11-09-10. They change the main board.

Bit still I am not satosfied with handset.

And they put many scratches and my.new handset look like a old handset.

I ask them to replace my handset with new

It means i got faulty handset
