I have ordered for an htc mobile with offer as promised by you vide order number 0GA090071585 for Rs 16999.00 and amount is alredy debited from my account on 23 Oct 09. Ever since I have not received the item. Please investigate the matter and do the needful immediately. Either deliver the item to me or reimburse the money collected from me.
