Not able to sync the phone with PC

Hi,

Reffering to above sub i am not able to sync my phone with my PC. I had bought it from Croma even those pepole are not able to provide me help. Customer care is allways busy with other customer. I have put a mail to HTC as well no answer from them.

Pleas suggest me where should i go blooody i feel there is no respact given to customer.
