Htc / P4350
Battery not lasting for more than 3 hours

Dear Sir,

I have purchased HTC P 4350 mobile phone before 2 months.

Sr. No.of phone is SZ809FS00788 T04.Since day of purchase

battery is not lasting for more than 3 hrs in spite of charging

for 8 hrs. Mobile is purchased from Pimpri Pune Maharashtra.

Please guide how to resolve the problem. It has been informed

to HTC dealer in Pune and he has promised to depute HTC person

but no one has turned up.
