The above said product was purchase from a retail counter in Chennai called Vasavi, this was done under te guiudance of the retailer.
From the day one the handphone had a complaint of restarting on the receipt of a vpoice call. Gave the phone to the retailer and tried to rectify, in vain he changed a new handset and given it to me.
The new handset had the same issue. I then contacted HTC custom care ; who in turn gave me a number to track, which is of no news. they were not able to find the fault.
I invistigated myself and found that when GPRS is connected in my smartphobe the instrument is getting restared.
Have handed over the phone on 4th march . till now no news, today they are asking to complaint by writing a mail to [email protected].
This is rediculous, by the mean time they needed to change my mobile.
