I submitted an order on their site on 13th Feb for a flower bouqet to be delivered to my wife on 14th Feb (Valentine's Day). Their site clearly promised that they will deliver on the 14th Feb. I made the payment of INR 590/- for this. I also got an email confirmation. When on the 14th Feb, I didn't see anything coming, I wrote an email to them, no response. I called more than 100 times on the phone given on their site, but to my horror, it was going to a full voice mail, w/o any response and disconnecting. It is so frustrating to see such fraudulent online merchants doing business and cheating customers. I can call my bank and dispute the payment, but imagine the embarrassment and mental agony I had, when I didnt' receive what I was expecting, especially it was supposed to be timely. I really don't know how to take some legal action against them, so writing here to get some help.

I need an explanation why have you not been able to deliver in time. If I dont get a call from you, Ill be forced to take some serious action against your company, which can hurt your business.
