i am Puneet gupta. i have an virgin prepaid connection, purchase on 26 jun cell no 9235133772.
i get weak signals at my home since 2 months, i was complaining many times but i do not get result.
right now i am enable to call customer care, when i call customer care no 125999 my call could be engage or disconnected, i dialed many time but i get failed.
so tell me what should i do?
PLEASE HELP ME OUT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
