Missgiding about the course & register into another courses

Dear sir/madam

i m neha gupta, i register for correspondance reguler courses but this institute register me on regular courses, when i fill form then itold chavi (this institute employ)(Reg no. MEC9G129) i'm employed women &and also detail address about Balaghat (M.P) residence this package i purchases from meerut Sb location. After This talk with Chavi & also hyderabad center but they dont give me Satisfied answer also threat me idont give me next instalment .i want many time contact this institut but they don't get me reply .ii'm frustrate &puzzeled. All slips &voucher, i have .i want to take strong action becouse i also spent my money&time in this metter Plz help me out of this metter Thanks plz reply me soon
