I had applied for a plot in scheme sector 23 plot size 4 marla in jan. apllication no. 183732 draft no. 758789 for rs. 43800/-. i was unsuccessful in getting a plot in draw. till date i have not received my refund back. even after verbal reminder and lapse of 1 and half years. reminded by a letter as well telephonically.
