Hundai accent
No timely delivery and avalable of parts

Hy

i have given my accent at OSL Hundai cuttack on 29th april,

as per complain i have to change the timming chain . your service center promised to deliver the vehicle on 2nd may. but iam sorry to say that till today no body has attened my vehicl and not giving any definite time to deliver. as per service engineer in your show room they dont have spare sparts replace.

here i want to say that why company not putting the spare for the service. please kindly arrange to deliver the vehicle with in three day.

advice the show room to keep the spare sufficiently for your hundai customers so that they may not think about any other brand.
