I Dr Asoke Kumar Mait bearing Hutch prepaid No 9732555635 arrived at simla, Himachal Pradesh on 11th april and then i found that my mobile (Nokia-2630) showed that inactive sim and then imade contact with Hutch (Vodafone) customer care centre on no 09830098300 wuth my sony erricssion750i
with BSNL no 9434705823.. After hearing my problem the officer on duty assured me
that my service will be restored with in 24hrs and send me one message regarding this matter.
But upto 17th April it was not restored. Then on 17th April09again made contact with vodafone customer care on the same phone no-9830098300 from ph no 9734343364 and again as before he assured me set my phone and it will be restored immediately, but all in vain though two vodafone prepaid no 9734343364/9609651966 became activated from my mobile. So i think it is one intentional non activation of my sim till now. So i do request you to enquire into this matter immediately and to restore my service and give me feedback, otherwise it will force me to take legal action against Vodafne.
