I will consider this as cheating and Fraud.
Pathetic Service from Hutch Bangalore. I had a connection from hutch mobile. I thought of using that for many business purpose and many visiting cards printed on that. Recently i went to UK and made lots of call from home to me with this number by my wife. Suddenly one day when i came i got a call from the number telling that it is credit limit is over and have to disconnect, if not making interim payment. This they did not mention at the time of connection and specifically asked on this. So i talked with a customer care manager and she told to increased the credit limit and she needs credit card proof and will be sending one person to collect that. Nobody came to collect the card. but the same day they cut the call. They even did not gave some time to think. i checked with customer care and they told this can not do anything and call will be cut until they will come with immediate payment. I mentioned that credit limit is increased and but still they want to wait until the payment to be completed. This is affecting my business and Vodaphone connection is not reliable this stage for me.. for everybody. I am also changing the connection to some other providers. Probably i may have some loss on changing the business information and informing customers.
But unreliable providers can cause more problems.
