I am an employee working in Tarapur, Dist. thane. I am facing problem of poor network in the area. My employer has provided the service of Hutch to majority of staff. But due to poor network most of the time the callers are not able to call on our cell (whenever they dial our number, they get the message as switched off). Even if we get the ring, we need to come outside from our cabin to attend the call. I am thinking of terminating the service but as there are more colleages with same problem
I request Hutch/ Vodafone to look into this matter and attend the case on priority. If this problem is not solved, then there is no option, but changing to some other service provider.
