Our material bearing CN No: 207688456 DT. 27.5. meant for door delivery, to our horror, is still lying in KOLKATA.
We have constantly requested the officials, to despatch materials they have taken full charge for door delivery but the materials are yet to leave kolkata. Please help us as we dont know when our customer will receive it.
TCI is the worst tranpsorter in the country with the worst after sales service. Their customer care is the most inefficient and rude. When you call asking for the fedback on a particular consignment, they blurt out what shows on their screen. How frustrating is that, one can do that by going on to the TCI website, why do I need to call customer care? Im sure the owners of this organisation really dont care.
