Not delivered second key

I have bought hyundai i10 in October from narmda hyundai showroom of Bhopal. they say me after one day you got second key but till date they did not give me. when i inquire from their register they have already delivered my second key before 10 days to another person. i have complained id Delhi, Mumbai and my regional center but they not respond me. first time they will receive my phone and they say after 48 hours they will resolve. when i call after 48 hours they do not reveive my phone. please suggest me what next i do.
