Passport not received

I have applied for passport in the month of April 19 at Warangal, verfication was done on may 2 nd its was rejected and again i reapplied, second verfication was done on june 28 th 2008 at hyderbad passport office, till date I havent received my passport. when i am checking status its showing "Other". please let me know what happened.
