Not received pancard

I applied for pancard on 6th November through UTI agent. On 20th November i was given my pan card no which is ARSPB9184F . I was told that the card has gone for printing and i would get it in a few days. As of today ie 30th December i still havent received pancard. I check my post everyday. I request you to resend the pancard to the following address or issue me a new pancard on this address.
