PF Amont still not received

To whom so ever it may concern,

I was an employee of IBM. I have not received my PF amount i have left the organization now for more than one year. When contacted IBM Retirals Dept. they told me the PF forms are submitted to Banglore PF office on 23rd April and asked me to contact the following numbers :

1. 080-25617629

2. 080-25613382

3. 080-25734590

My PF Account No: KN/BN/19214/067855

But non of the numbers are available its either continously busy or not in working condition. Its almost more than 8 months that my forms are laying at PF office. Its very disappointing.

Can somebody help me to know the status of my PF Account.
