Not received my PF settlement amount

According to my company they informed me that they have processed my Forms and had filed with the PF Office for Settlement on 28/04, since the settlement will be done by the PF Office. PF Account Number with IBM for the status is PF Number: KN/BN/19214/48733

IBM will not be able to help in finding the status of settlement as the process managed and owned by RPFC Office which is a Government body, the status will not be shared to IBM due to confidentiality. Hence, I request you to consider this.
