Not returning extra fees amount $299.99

Hi,

i filled US tax returns through IBSN, paid 543.99$.

however as per options, i paid extra fees amount of 299.99$.

So IBSN promissed me to return 299.99$.

However almost 3months has been passed, still amount was not refunded.

Even nobody is giving response. also on calls IBSN consultants are advising me to do police case etc.(that advice i got on june25 when i called their toll free no. at 8:15 indian time.)

i was emotionally, metnatlly got harrassed by IBSN.

Please help me out to get my 299.99$.
