Charter CFA membership confirmation not given since November

Hi

I am doing distance learning MS (Finance) from ICFAI. I was informed by ICFAI last year that if I clear the exam of just one more subject, I will become a CFA Charter member. They also asked me to pay Rs 6000/- for the prospective membership and then register for the exam. I successfully cleared the paper in October. Since then, I have written numerous mails to the institutes various MAIL-IDs without any revert from them. Please help.
