A few months back I had taken admission in the ICFAI university course for the BCA course, and had provided them with Post Dated Cheques. They had told me that they
will inform once the classess get started, I never got a call from their end about the classess, even I had called back from my end and they said it would be starting in April, But I never got a call after that, and just in the month of May I got
a call saying that in the month of July exams are there, would I like to register. I told thm that I was never informed about the classess, so now how can I appear for exams.
And Now I have a very strict schedule at my job, so from now I won't be able to attend the weekend classes, So I informed them that I would like to discontinue with the course.
So Now they have started to threaten me, and they have sent a Notice from the Photon Capital Advisors, saying that I will have make all the payments, and I cannot
discontinue the course, Or they will take legal actions against me for not paying for the course, and they are threatening me that i'll have to go to jail.
This is illegal, How can they force anyone to make payments and not allow to discontinue the course.
Please help me, what can I do in such a circumstance.
