Lying to student to receive admission fees

I, Priti Kirpalani, enrolled with ICFAI University for a post graduate certificate course in management before October examinations could begin. Before I could enroll I was told by the branch executive that I will be able to give my exams in January just to get the fees for the admission from me, but now they say that I will not be able to give my exams in January but I will be able to give the exams in April. When I confronted the particular branch on this matter, they said that do what you want to do but you will not be able to give your exams this January. ICFAI University is supposed to be a managerial level institute which is even resorting to cheating enrollers to get their money in the form of fees, their unprofessionalism shows in their actions & I personally feel that they should be associated in the list of frauds & strict action should be taken against them.
