ICICI Bank Account/ Credit Card related
Balance of my Account was holded by ICICI bank against my Credit Card dues with out my intimation and permission

Hi,

I am holding an account with ICICI bank and also a credit card from ICICI. The bank suddenly holded the balance amount from Savings account (004001547648) against my credit card dues with out any intimation or prior notice. When asked them about the same they said I have signed a clause on the credit card application which says they can hold the amount from savings account if credit card payment is due for a long period of time.

As a customer, this is definitely a bad experience as they could have sent a notice to me if i missed on the payment than holding my funds for which I have issued cheques for my EMI etc. Please let me know the right approach to get my funds back in my account active.
