For payment of credit card

Respected sir,

I m Dr. Harshraj vaghela from ahmedabad sir i already paid the due of both icici & hdfc bank creditcard.

(2) hdfcbank creditcard no is 4346772000309731

sir both bank i have also settlement letter and payment receipt but i was apply for new credit card few days ago but ny file was rejected and also to difficulties to getting the loan sir what i will do pls reply me.
