Discrepancy in cash withdrawal

This is to inform you that I am a saving account holder of ICICI Bank with Sector 9 branch at Chandigarh. My account no is 001301549853. I lodged my complaint with the above mentioned banks in the month of January and they have assured me that the excess money will be credited back to my account in next 45 days. I have checked personally with icici branch executives and they have given me assurance verbally as well as through message on my cell regarding the same.

I went to the icici branch after 45 days and asked about the status. They assured me that the payment will be credited to your account in next 7-10 days but it was of no avail. Now it’s been more than 120 days that the amount has not been credited in my account.

I would appreciate if you can look into the same and revert back to me at the earliest
