I have imint card issued by icici bank & it is claim by that it's India's largest point sysytem.
My Card No is : 9401150715661608.
I place two order, no is : 46483 & 46487 on 27th Oct but neither gift is received not point has been tranfer to A/C.I have made various query but only pretext mail comes from bank & imint customer care.
prior to this I have place order no 36046 on 24th Sept same was also not delivered & but luckily point was transfer to my A/C.
& when I am making query to customer care they are saying that address is not correct. I have already received one gift for order no : 48883 dated 5th Nov.2008.
I would like ask following question to bank from this forum
1.)When one order is already received on given address then how come address for other gift can be wrong.
2.) Why Bank or Imint card div doesn't inform customer waybill no of dispatch when they have mobile no & maild id in there recored. Mail ID & phone no both use by them only sending useless Adv mail.
3.) Why there customer no is not Toll Free, for every call/query we have to pay & bank is no bothered to provide any solution Why?
Pls answer ICICI Bank. I am ur Customer & I have not ask for any imint card it is you who have issued this card so u have to give answer.
