ICICI Bank

Hi,

I had ICICI credit card and I had closed this credit card through customer care without no o/s in 2006.Now Bank has deducted 19, 000 INR on 2nd May without any intimation from my salary account. I have sent several mails to bank. they are not responding positivly.

Kindly help me in this regard.
