Respected Sir/Madam,

This complaint is in regard with the ICICI Credit Card Department. I have a credit limit of

Rs 30, 000/- out of which my due/outstanding amount is Rs 7952/- till date (01/07/09) and with it two EMI, which comes up-to Rs 5887/-, so my due/outstanding amount is Rs 13839/-. My credit limit now should be Rs 16, 161/- and they show it as just Rs 3097 /- . I am a genuine custiomer without any dues. The dues i pay with-in the stated period

On 20/06/09 i made a complaint and the request number is SR 109846000. They had send me the request n.o and mentioning that it will be processed in 1 working day. On 22/06/09 again and made a complaint and they replied that a new request will be processed. New Request n.o SR 109846013. In past 9 working days they haven't made any progress and keep on saying that the concern department will do within 1 to 2 days. I have made calls on 25th 28th and 30th of June regarding these problems and the answer is the same.

As my mother is Cancer patient and i need to book Flight Tickets and can't proceed with the bookings, even i had lot of problems in shopping too. I have an offer till 02/07/09 to book the flight ticket at the cheaper rates and my Mother's check-up is due on 20/07/09. My wife is carrying and the due date is in September. All my works are in problems and in halt.

Please do the needful as i am in great trouble and if possible i need the compensation for the problem i have faced.
