Delay in receiving id & password

Dear sir,

I.was applied for user ID and password for internet banking at your Agartala Branch on 17.07.2009 and it was registered in your bank vide no SR112678706 . On 18.07.2009 i was received message from you that the internet passwprd has been sent to me on 18.07.2009 to your Kolkata RMR for further dispatch to my mailing address. But till date i have not received the same.

Hence i request u to kindly look into the matter at the earliest.
