Please refer to my complain to ICICI Bank - SR114589405

Today I received another call from ICICI Bank stating that they are still working on my complain lodged with Bank personally on 4th August and that they will now revert back to me on the 18th of August. Earlier I was assured that within 7 working days my complain would be addressed and the error rectified.
With todays call I feel more and more insecure as the person who gave me the call had no answer or confirmation to give by which date my money would be returned back into my account. I am already feeling very helpless. And I dont know how long will this take to have the error rectified and my money returned back to my account. What bothers me is that the person could not even give me a date by which my money would be returned to my account. I fail to understand why I was given as assurance of 7 working days when the Bank was/is well aware that they could not get the same reversed within the stated days. I dont know where to take this compain no SR114589405. Which person/office can help me get back my money.
Please advice. I am a law abiding citizen and expect that my complain be addressed immediately. I dont intend to malign anyone/anybody but atleast expect somebody from the Bank to take up for my concern and resolve the same. I am part of professional societys/communities in my profession and certainly would not like to be forced to take up this matter at such level to be resolved. My sincere request to ICICI Bank whose loyal customer I have been for the last 7 or more years to resolve the same immediately.
