Dear Sir
I had made a payment of rs 11000 from my credit card in the month of September and within a week i want to transfer it in 3 month's EMI option. But when i talk to icici customer care they told me that scheme is temporary off but i have already pay rs 300 for service of EMI in recently month. The bank made a debit of rs 300 in the month of MAY as the processing fee for EMI.
They didn't send nither any mail nor message about that the scheme is temporary OFF and even they didn't make any information at there officially site.
Please take a strong Legal Action against the ICICI Bank
