This is the communication I made with ICICI bank and still struggling since last two months and after even taking the full payment they still deducting ecs charges from my mothers saving account. I was not even getting even my saving account statement, after requesting thousand time I finally got part statement which really shocked me.(without getting the statement. I am ready to pay the principal amount. I called up customer care as well so many times but no solution was given. Lastly i spoke to some mr. Vinay which confirmed me that your card status shows that it under settlement.
the statement provided from the customer care officer, which clearly indicates bank is not interested to provide the statement to the customer and and as per consumer he has no right to know what he is charging for.
Secondly I duly informed to call center and customer care about statement several time, I had the conversation which I had with representative of ICICI bank in which he clearly mention he has no coordination between collection department and customer care and he is unable to provide any resolution. He wants to me to go to customer care web site, which I do and the same response was given.
I am saying that I am ready to pay the principal amount and necessary interest; I am not going to pay any late fees or any other charges.
I am really disappointed with service of ICICI bank, no consideration for consumer problem and charging unnecessarily. It’s a looting of innocent customers.
I really loosing faith and scared to deposit any money in the bank.
Still hoping any positive resolution provided.
