1. Drop box was available at ATM situated in Sonagiri Bhopal but from today it is shifted to M.P. Nagar. It is far away from Sona giri and about 8 km from my residence. Bank provided drop box to facilitate the customer now why it is shifted. About 2 years back some collecting agencies collected the cheque/cash for credit card bill but it was also discontinued since long time.
2.I am unable to use petro card facility from March-08 because swaping m/c was stolen from Ashis Hp petrol pump on Holi Festiwal. Since Holi (March) petrol pump owner is trying to get swaping M/C but ICICI Bank is not providing it.
