ICICI Bank Credit Card
Non-Settlement of Dues

Respected Dignitaries of This Forum,

I wanted to inform that, I am holding a Credit Card of ICICI Bank with No. 447747342661007.

The total outstanding dues on the Card are to the Tune of Rs. 65828.58000. The said amount was settled at Rs. 50, 000/-.

After that I received a conciliation meeting letter from the Adv Inderjit Gill from Pune for the Bank.

My brother approaced with my Lawyer and my Lawyer asked the settlement letter and that it should be included the no Civil or Criminal proceedings will be initiated after payment of the settlement amount.

But they refused it. this is not less than a harrassment for me.
