Imint card not yet received though sms received long long ago

Gentlemen,

I am yet to get my imint card linked to my icici bank credit card 4477460503142012.Because of that, i am not able to redeem my reward points accrued on swiping the the above said credit card. therefore kindly arrange to send the imint card to the address available on record.
