ICICI Bank Credit Card
24000 Debit from Credit Card:

I have a ICICI Pru ULIP which was due on the 26 december i paid the same on 18 Dec. and i didt use ICICI credit card. now ICICI statement is showing 24000 Payment to Policy which after talking to the Insurance call centre he said he has received two payment and talking to credit card deptt i found its debited to insurance pilice, even i have not done the transaction, i dont know how many days it will take for ICICI to take the corrective action, and in the mean time they are going to take harrass me by showing same in my credit card statement.

** if some one kindly help me in the situation to clear the matter.
