Pre-clouser of Credit card loan amount- card no. 9401270060974008

Based on the monthly satement sent by the Bank for the statement date 18th Jan. which showed a balance amount of Rs. 1, 88, 026/- . Accordingly, I had drawn a cheque No.196253 dated

4.1.2009 drawn on ICICI Bank for Rs. 1, 80, 000/- sent the same to The Manager, ICICI Bank Credit Card Division, Empire Complex, 2nd Floor, 414, SB Marg, Lower Parel, Mumbai 40013 on 4.1.2009 through Registered Post Acknowledge Due, and the same was acknolwedged by the Bank and sent back the Acknowledgement Card duly signed, being the full and final settlement of the caredit card loan payment.

Even after 4 to 6 months have lapsed, the Bank did not present the cheque. When I enquired through telephone, there was no response from the Bank regarding the deposit. They had instructed the ICICI bank Branch at Shivananda Circle, Kumara Park, Bangalore to debit my SB account with a sum of Rs. 89.298.45 and the same has been drawn towards credit loan account. When I enquired about the same they said for 6 months due interest service charges over due charges service tax etc are debited and only a megere amount had been taken into credit card loan amount. Inspite of my repeated telephone calls to deposit the heque they never responded properly. Who is the responsible for this lapse? for which I am penalised for other account head and debited. Again on 17.7.2009 I had drawn a cheque for Rs. 90, 000/- drawn on Canara Bank, cheque No. 934381 sent to The Nodel Officer, ICICI Bank, Credit Division, Hyderabad through Regd Post Ac/Due and the same was acknowled by returning the acknowledge card. But till till date the cheque is not presented to the Bank. It shows that their deficiency of service in cheating the public by not depositing and claiming balance due under various heads. The principle amount shall remains the same, till no action is taken for this. Therefore, I request you to registger the claim and issue a suitable letter, to bank and mark a copy to me.
