Not able to raise a single complaint for last three days

Their are two dispute transactions made on my credit card I called ICICI customer care the moment I recieved the sms for the transactions on 6-10-09 at 1am another at 3 am.

the card has been blocked at that moment however in my credit card statement it credited around 10thousand rs transactaion, I have been calling ICICI customer care for last three times i have made around 50 calls and spent number of hours just to raise case with dispute department and its disgusting that i have never reached that department. staying on hold for hrs.

No efforts taken by the bank to even give a call back for customer who have tried calling them no of times.

disgusting very dissatisfied with the services.
