Excss withdrawl of Rs.12056.00 From S/B Account000701605555with icici bank

Dear Sir,

An excess amount of Rs.12056.00 (Twelve Thousand & fIftysix only) has been withdrawn from my saving bank account No.000701605555 with ICICI bank on 31st of july

After lot of reminders the company replied on 5th of oct.2008 that they will do the needful within next seven days

Nothing has happened so far.so it is requested to you to help me to get the money back
