ICICI Bank Credit Card has been hacked

Hello Sir/Madam,

CAN PLEASE HELP ME?

I have just came to know that ICICI bank has sent my name to CIBIL without informing me as I am not a Defaulter and also I have informed this to several times since last 1 Year, that this amount was not used by me then how they can send my name.

I have also informed that I have complain about this dispute to Consumer Court and waiting for the result, but still they have sent my name without any proof/information.

I am a genuine customer of ICICI bank and also ABN Amro, City Bank and SBI Bank, so you can check my details from any of the bank or RBI. I have never be a defaulter and not delaid any of of the payment for any of the bank when I have used the amount.

Please provide me the solution for this if you can as I am not a defaulter?

For more details please check the below communications between me and ICICI bank since last 1 YEAR but there is no responce and without checking they have sent my name to CIBIL.
