Not issuing NO DUE certificate even after making all outstandings

I have icici bank credit card and and have terminated just before six months. Fot that i have made all the payment against bill. Now i request to bank for NO DUE certificate but nothing reverted from bank. I have requeste two time on their website customercare but not responding the bank.so please help me..
