Wrong password/non issuance of new password

Dear sir.

i m having nri acc (no:107101000290) opened with icici bank mazgaon branch mumbai before leaving to usa.

i was promised by bank staff that i ll b informed by bank thru email about sucessfull opening of my account.

till date i have not recd a single mail (already 2.5 months over) and moreover the internet id and password provided are not working.

i tried thru their site..every time i am given 1 complaint no. but surprisingly till date problem is still persisting.

i really doubt about their SO CALLED NRI SERVICES attitude.

i really dont hope that they will ever solve my problem.

still looking for a positive response.
