We deposited Rs. 5000 in Icici Bank Atm and Bank has credited Rs.4000

On 21.06.2009 we deposited Rs.500/- in ICICI bank ATM (1000 X 4 = 4000 and 100 X 10 = 1000) and on 26.06.2009 at 8.30 PM when i was checking my account through net banking i found Rs.4000 /- has been credited. I immediately called up ICICI phone banking officer and he suggested me to logged a complaint in the Branch where we have a account. On nex day 27.0.2009 early morning we visited the Kalyan branch and logged a complaint. The person Mr. Pankaj told us that he can show us the clipping and it will take a 2 to 3 working days. But till 15.07.2009 he nevered showed us any clipping inspite of we visting branch 6 times.

So we wrote a mail to [email protected] on 15.07.2009 and even customer care is also harrasing us & till date they have not shown us any proof.

Attached is the communication which we are having with customer.care and everytime they comeback to us inform that they need some more days. I don t understand our complaint is now 60 days old and they have not yet solved it. Read below the whole communication we had with the bank.

On 12/08 you reply that you need 4 working days more. On 18/08 you again reply you need 4 working days more and again today 20/08 you reply you need 4 working days how many more 4 more working days you need. Will there be final date or we just have to rome around and around.

In the mean time i found that the Branch Manager Rohit Gupta has be transferred to other ICICI branch and i think in the next few days Pankaj Balarao will also be transferred and then you will simply close our complaint (Which clearly indicates that your customer care should be renamed as Employee care). I did n t expected that a big bank like you will harass there old custmer (for past 5 years) having multiple products from ICICI bank. If you needed the donation of Rs.1000/- you should have told us there was no need of cheating us.

I am really upset the treatment i am getting from you.

I don t agree, why you are not showing us the clipping.???

Also my complaint was against Mr. Pankaj, Mr. Rohit Gupta (Br. Manager) and Mr. Vaibhav. After logging my complaint on 27.06.2009 Mr. Pankaj took my mobile number and told that he will call back us within a day or two but he never called back and when i visited again on 30.06.2009 he told us that they he didn t called back as they were many other complaints for same reason and the bank is handling it and he will get back to us. But he never gave me a call and again we visited the branch on 04.07.2009 and Mr Pankaj confirmed that there were was a error and the Rs.1000/- will be credited to our account by today afternoon, but till 08.07.2009 money was not credited to our account. Pankaj never had a courtesy to call back us and did n t have the shame to apologies for the same. On 08.07.2009 when we again went to bank he took us to the branch manager and they both promised that on 11.07.2009 they will take us to the agency office and they will show us the clipping and on 11.07.2009 when we contactedt Pankaj on his mobile through the Branch Manager at Ulhasnager he promised that the on 15.07.2009 he will show us the clipping. When we reached the branch at 9.45 AM Pankaj informed us that we have to wait for 45 Mins as branch manager Rohit Gupta will come with us to the agencies office. My complaint is against Mr. Pankaj for harrassing me a lot and also agains Mr. Rohit Gupta for not attending the old customer who have the relations with bank for last 5 years. Also I didn t found mr. Vaibhav in his cabin so i was not able to complaint against Pankaj and Rohit. Now i am left with one option of lauching a complaint in Cusomer Court for harrasment by Mr. Pankaj. As i have visited 6 times to your branch just because of negligance by Pankaj.

I am very much upset as i have the account this account for past 5 years. Also i have 1 more saving with your Thane branch. I have FDS. RDS. with Icici bank also we have ICICI MUTUAL FUNDS, WE HAVE ALSO ICICI PRUDENTIAL POLICY, WE HAVE ALSO PURCHASED GOLD COINS FROM ICICI ON DIWALI.

SO I WILL LAUNCH A COMPLAINT WITH COUSUMER COURT AS I HAVE WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY FOR VISTING 6 TIMES IN BRANCH. ALSO IT TAKES 25 RS.FARE TO VISIT THE BRANCH IE 25 X 6 = 150 RS.

As per the confirmation with the department concerned as per the video clipping an amount of Rs.4000 (Rs.1000*3 and Rs.100*10) was deposited and accordingly the same was credited. We understand that our branch officials have already contacted you and confirmed the details.
