ICICI
Withdrawn money has not been collecting while generating ATM

Dear ICICI

I have withdrawn my money from ATM at 8.17 pm on Nov 11th, 08 at Santhome ATM center. While generating money my bag has felt down i tried pick my bag at the time the withdrawn money has dragged by machine so i unable to collect my money.

I made complaint to ICICI bank my complaint number is 84636568.

Please let me know if any required information are missing.
