We had used the credit card for the payment of petrol from Amar Automobiles. We had made payment of Rs. 1841.64 but the statement shows the amount 1887.68 which means increase in the debit balance of 46.04 so I request you to credit the amount in the next statement. We are sending you the Xerox copy of the bill so please do the needful as soon as possible. We also require the statement for the previous month i.e. month of July.

Sir,
As per the earlier letter dated 15.09.2008 we had not received the statement for the month of July, then as per the telephonic talk with the customer care department we had not paid the intrest charges and other related charges charged for late payment and rest of the payment was made as soon as statement was received. Now days the customer care employers are calling again and again for the same problem, this is not the way of behaving to the customers.
We had also written in the earlier letter for the change of address so please do the needful, note the address and sent the necessary documents on the address given below:
