Subject: Request to waive off interest and the principle amount on compassionate grounds

Dear Sir/Madam,

I Ms. Dilshad (A/C # LPDEL00008274354) daughter of Late Mushafiq Mohd. Has lost my father a few days back, he died due to a massive heart attack which was caused by the strains due to the loans and the abusive and harsh behavior of the recovery agents. Now our family consists of an asthmatic mother, an unmarried epileptic daughter and a mal nutritioned kid sister. Yet I do not want to press charges against the inhuman treatment meted out and leave the judgment to the Almighty.

Sir, Kindly let me know under the above said circumstances, what all relaxation can be provided to me and to what extent can the amount be waived off, I earnestly wish to pay off the debts in installments with a true conscience; otherwise the only way for us would be to end our lives in dignity.
