Credited the money

Hi,

ICICI bank had kept my savings amount in lean account for credit card due payment with out my notice. I had called up to the ICICI call center and told that executive will be in touch with me. But none of them had called me and the lean amount was credited to their account with out info.

Can some body suggest me what can be done.
