Aqtm withdrwall but not recive

Sir

I tried to withdraw Rs.5000 from icici ATM located in opp vijay cinema ATM at 11-08 time but got the message network error But in the balance statement which I got from the ATM shows a Rs 5000 withdrawal transaction on that date; which is not correct.

You are requested to do the needful for corrective action and credit this amount to my SBi account No.10676112430 chakrota road branch .saharanpur
